The Women's Wing of the Shanmukhananda celebrated Tamil New Year on 14th April with a fun-filled evening with games. The ladies thoroughly enjoyed them and took part with enthusiasm. We had some gentlemen who had come to encourage the ladies, but ended up participating !

We were touched when very senior citizens also took part, whether it was musical chairs or dumb charades and won prizes as well. One of the senior ladies asked for the mike and requested Mrs. Rajan to hold such programs more often, as it gave everyone a chance to let their hair down and enjoy themselves ! Mrs. Rajan has promised to have at least three such programs annually. An evening spent happily with all our ladies.
